Level 2 is where the method comes alive.
This advanced training builds on the foundations of breath, posture, and pressure management by introducing dynamic movement, flow sequencing, and deeper release techniques that bring the fascia, nervous system, and whole-body coordination into focus.
Led by Abby Lord—one of the world’s leading Hypopressive educators—you’ll learn how to:
Guide clients through transitional movements and loaded poses without compromising pressure control
Integrate somatic release work to enhance breath capacity, body awareness, and fascial hydration
Coach dynamic Hypopressive flows that support real-life function: walking, lifting, rebounding, running
Refine your cueing for complexity—blending biomechanics, fascia, and nervous system-informed teaching
Support clients with advanced needs, layering in regulation and postural endurance
