Hypopressive Level 1 Training - 27th online & 31st in person
Our Hypopressive Level 1 Training gives you the foundations to begin using Hypopressives safely, confidently and intelligently with 1:1 clients.
This course is designed for movement teachers, fitness professionals, Pilates teachers, yoga teachers, bodyworkers and pelvic health professionals who want to understand Hypopressives beyond a set of poses.
You will learn the principles behind Hypopressive breathing, postural organisation, pressure management, apnoea and the reflexive relationship between the diaphragm, deep core and pelvic floor.
Level 1 focuses on the essential foundations: how to teach 360° breath, how to introduce apnoea safely, how to coach the base postures, how to observe common compensations, and how to adapt the method for different bodies.
We look at Hypopressives as a whole-body approach, not just a pelvic floor technique. You will explore how posture, rib position, fascial tension, nervous system state, scar tissue, pressure habits and movement patterns can all influence pelvic floor function.
By the end of Level 1, you will have the tools to begin working with clients on a 1:1 basis, helping them develop better breath awareness, postural support, pressure regulation and whole-body connection.
This training gives you a strong, thoughtful foundation from which to grow as a Hypopressive teacher, with the confidence to meet each client as an individual rather than simply teaching a formula.
