Advanced Hypopressive Teacher Training UK
Practical online on the 15th of September - followed by in person in Edinburgh on the 19th September 2026
Level 2 Certification | Fascia, Biogenesis & Advanced Breathwork | Hybrid Online & Edinburgh
Deepen your expertise in the Hypopressive method with advanced training in fascia, biogenesis, complex movement integration and layered breathwork strategies.
This Level 2 Hypopressive Teacher Training is designed for certified Level 1 teachers and movement professionals who want to confidently assess, prescribe and teach advanced Hypopressive programmes.
Delivered in the same hybrid structure as Level 1, this course blends on-demand theory with live practical coaching and in-person refinement in Edinburgh (or fully online via Zoom).
Course Structure
1. Advanced Theory (Online On-Demand Portal)
All advanced theoretical content must be completed before attending the practical sessions.
The theory explores:
Biogenesis and tissue adaptation principles
Fascia science and myofascial force transmission
Advanced breathwork strategies and layered respiratory patterns
Pressure dynamics and load progression
The proprioceptive system and neuromuscular control
Complex movement pattern integration
Client status assessment and screening
Exercise prescription and programme design
Teaching methodology for advanced groups and 1:1 clients
Time commitment: Minimum 15 hours including study and revision.
This section deepens your understanding of tissue adaptation, breath-driven load management and systemic progression.
2. Practical Training (Hybrid Delivery)
Delivered in the same format as Level 1:
1 live Zoom session – advanced posture layering, dynamic progressions and breath integration
1 full in-person training day in Edinburgh – assessment, corrections, cue refinement and complex sequencing
For international or UK-based teachers unable to travel, the in-person day can be attended live via Zoom.
During the practical training you will learn how to:
Assess client readiness for advanced Hypopressive work
Layer fascia-focused cueing
Integrate dynamic and complex Hypopressive sequences
Coach advanced apnoea variations
Design progressive Hypopressive programmes
Refine teaching language and corrective strategies
What Makes Level 2 Different?
This training goes beyond posture and breath mechanics.
You will explore:
• Biogenesis — understanding how tissues adapt to stimulus
• Fascia — force transmission, elasticity and tension distribution
• Deeper breathwork variations and respiratory control strategies
• Proprioceptive system development
• Complex movement patterns for higher-functioning clients
• Clinical reasoning for exercise prescription
This is where Hypopressives move from technique to system.
Assessment & Certification
To qualify as a Level 2 Advanced Hypopressive Teacher, you will:
Submit practical teaching videos demonstrating advanced coaching ability
Demonstrate client assessment and exercise prescription skills
Complete an advanced theory examination
Upon successful completion, you will:
✔ Qualify to teach advanced Hypopressive programmes
✔ Confidently assess and progress clients
✔ Integrate fascia and breathwork principles into structured programming
